Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for all orders weighing less than 59kg and valued at or great than $49.98 USD within the contiguous 48 states of the USA.

Energy gels ship free across the entire US.

Standard flat rate shipping rates apply to Hawaii and Alaska.

Expedited and Priority ship speeds may be available for an additional charge on orders weighing less than 59kg.

Expedited and Priority ship speeds are not available for certain regions or post office boxes.

Shipping options and/or charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Gift Notes
Gift notes print directly on the packing slip. This way your customer can see who sent their gift, along with your message all on the same page.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your region and shipping method selected, your order may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
